Bloxyra (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website bloxyra.com and is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation, its subsidiaries, or any game developer who publishes games on the Roblox platform.

All game titles, item names, and related trademarks mentioned on this site (including but not limited to “Murder Mystery 2,” “Pet Simulator 99,” “Adopt Me,” “Blox Fruits,” “Grow a Garden,” and “Roblox”) are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their use on this site is purely for descriptive purposes.

By using Bloxyra, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms of Service on your behalf.

You accept full responsibility for all purchases made on your account. You acknowledge that purchasing, trading, or transferring in-game items may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to game policy changes, account restrictions, or item unavailability, and you agree to assume all such risks.

You agree not to use Bloxyra if doing so violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Bloxyra is a digital goods delivery service. We sell pre-acquired virtual items from our own inventory and deliver them directly to your Roblox account via the in-game trade system. Each purchase is for a specific, identifiable digital item that we already own and hold in our inventory prior to sale.

We do not sell, issue, or facilitate the exchange of virtual currencies, stored-value credits, gift cards, prepaid codes, or any form of monetary instrument. Bloxyra does not maintain balances, issue redeemable codes, or act as an intermediary for currency transactions. Our business model is comparable to other digital goods marketplaces that sell and deliver specific digital products from seller-owned inventory.

We are not selling Robux (Roblox’s virtual currency), nor do we provide any service that circumvents Roblox’s official monetization systems. All items offered are obtained legitimately through gameplay and are transferred via the standard in-game trading mechanics.

Our service is subject to the availability of items and the proper functioning of third-party platforms (Roblox). We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our services.

When you create an account and place an order on Bloxyra, we collect the following categories of data:

• Email address
• Roblox username
• IP address and general location data
• Order history and purchase records
• Payment metadata (processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers)

This data is used solely for order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

After a successful payment, we will initiate delivery of your purchased items. Delivery is performed by an automated bot that connects to your Roblox account via the in-game friend and trade system. You will need to follow the steps outlined on our Tutorial page to receive your items.

We aim to complete all deliveries within minutes of the friend request being accepted. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., high order volume, platform outages), delivery may take up to 24 hours. If delivery has not been completed within 24 hours, you may be entitled to a refund as described in Section 7.

Bloxyra is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by your failure to follow delivery instructions, incorrect Roblox usernames provided at checkout, or Roblox platform restrictions on your account.

All payments on Bloxyra are processed securely via Shopify, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable fees. Charges will appear on your bank statement as “BLOXYRA” or “BLOXYRA.COM.” By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount.

We do not store your card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. All payment data is handled exclusively by our payment processor. Each transaction corresponds to the purchase and delivery of specific digital items from our inventory — we do not process transactions for stored-value credits, gift cards, or virtual currencies.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our support team. You may be eligible for a full refund if:

• Your items were not delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
• You received incorrect items that do not match your order.
• A technical error occurred on our end that prevented delivery.

Refunds are not issued after successful delivery has been confirmed. To request a refund, contact us at support@bloxyra.com with your order ID within 7 days of the order date. Approved refunds are processed immediately and typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that has been successfully delivered is considered fraudulent. If you file a chargeback on a completed and confirmed delivery, we reserve the right to:

• Permanently suspend your Bloxyra account.
• Dispute the chargeback with documented proof of delivery.
• Report the fraudulent activity to appropriate authorities.

If you have a legitimate concern about a charge, please contact our support team before initiating a dispute. We resolve issues quickly and fairly.

Bloxyra shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its services resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Roblox platform outages, server downtime, internet failures, acts of God, government actions, or other force majeure events.

In the event of a prolonged service interruption, we will notify affected customers and provide refunds or reschedule deliveries as appropriate.

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory on our store, item availability in Roblox games can change without notice due to game updates, patches, or developer decisions. In the rare event that a purchased item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will offer you a full refund or a substitute item of equal or greater value, at your choice.

By using Bloxyra, you also agree to comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms involved in the delivery process, including the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards. We are not responsible for actions taken by Roblox or any game developer against your account.

Our service integrates with Shopify (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Tawk.to (live chat). Each of these services operates under its own terms and privacy policies.

You agree not to use Bloxyra to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our platform.
• Purchase items on behalf of others for commercial resale without our written consent.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with our website.
• Harass or abuse our support staff or other users.
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions.

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending orders without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bloxyra and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bloxyra, its operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Bloxyra reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
